The 37 pin D-sub connector for the Osaka 420M turbo pump to the cross connects is as follows:
Pin 19 - Green Wire - to cross connect 228, Accelerating monitor
Pin 37 - Black Wire - to cross connect 229, Accelerating monitor
Pin 5 - Orange Wire - to cross connect 230, Normal monitor Pin 6 - Black Wire - to cross connect 231, Normal monitor
Pin 1 - Blue Wire - to cross connect 232, Failure monitor Pin 20 - Black Wire - to cross connect 233, Failure monitor
Pin 13 - Yellow Wire - to cross connect 234, Alarm monitor (with the old TP this used to be Levitating monitor, but there is no such monitor on the new pump)
Pin 14 - Black Wire - to cross connect 235, Alarm monitor
Pin 10 - Brown Wire - to cross connect 236, Rotating monitor
Pin 11 - Black Wire - to cross connect 237, Rotating monitor
The black wires are all wired together on the cross connect side, and are supplying constant voltage (5V??).
