(1) Dichroic mirror replacements for PR3 and SR3

(8) OMC Commissioning
Electronics
- DB-? cables from the DAC to HV drives
- Goal is to align onto OMC trans PDs
- Extra PD on AS table can be used for 'backup' in-air PD
Locking Script
- Scan the OMC cavity before the vent, make sure script works
- Lock before vent to ensure procedure makes sense.
Chambers to Open
- OMC Chamber only
Align into PDs
- Lock OMC using OMC REFL signal
- Align transmitted beam into TRANS PDs
- Will require ~1 day of work
Backup Plan
- If the PDs don't work as expected, steer beam to the AS table
- Rotate and move (+x) SM5, which directs the beam to the TRANS PDs
- Beam will come out near the current AS beam
- may have to remove one extra steering mirror (SM5 trans PO)
(9) Review IP{ANG,POS} alignment/closeup proceedure
