Reasoning for upgrade

Leybold Rotary Vane Pump

D30A

The D30A pumps are Oiled Rotary Vane Pumps. After reading about the "Anti-Suck Back Mechanism" in the manual, it is shown that this "prevents pump fluid from surging back into the vacuum line" in Section 2.5 . This should be upgraded to Scroll pumps so that we do not run the risk of Oil back Streaming and destroying our entire Vacuum System.
