How do I add/rename a daq channel?

Find the appropriate text file in /cvs/cds/caltech/chans/daq and, after making a backup copy, edit it appropriately. All slow channels may be found in C0EDCU.ini
Restart the frame builder by telneting to fb40m on port 8087 and typing "shutdown".
Click the appropriate blue button on the DAQ MEDM screen to restart the appropriate front-end.
Note your changes in the elog.
