How do I add/rename a daq channel?
Find the appropriate text file in /cvs/cds/caltech/chans/daq and, after making a backup copy, edit it appropriately. All slow channels may be found in C0EDCU.ini
Restart the frame builder by telneting to fb40m on port 8087 and typing "shutdown".
- Click the appropriate blue button on the DAQ MEDM screen to restart the appropriate front-end.
- Note your changes in the elog.
