- Changed the quantum noise model to handle losses correctly. Previous quantum noise model used Buonanno and Chen's (PRD 2001) lossless model (eqn. 3.5), then 'crudely' added loss to it. This version uses Buonanno and Chen's (PRD 2001) model with loss (eqn 5.13).
- Added a parameter 'ifo.Optics.SRC.Loss' to the file ifoMod.m. This is to add losses in the signal recycling mirror/cavity.

- Lowered wire loss from 10e-4 to 1.7e-4 to reflect the recent Penn-Harry measurements.
- Changed the Mirror Q from 3e5 to 1e6 to reflect known limits for Silica loss. This is still a bad way to handle this and we should instead incorporate the actual coating and mirror loss formulas using the approach in the aLIGO Bench codes.
- Increased laser power to 1 W. This reflects what we actually got and gives the same optical spring that we measured a year ago.
- Makes displacement noise plots now instead of strain noise. We don't care about strain noise in this interferometer.

This is the first tagged version of the 40m Bench code.
I believe it has Alan's residual gas and Osamu's seismic noise.
