Conlog ('controls logger') is a program that monitors the values of EPICS control channels and records any changes. Through either a web or command-line interface, you can query conlog to find out what the values were at a particular time, or what channels were changed between two times, etc.

There are several components to conlog. There is the conlogger itself, which watches for changes in EPICS channels. To restart it, run /cvs/cds/caltech/conlog/bin/restart_conlogger.
