The PRC and SRC parameters are chosen to match the recycling cavity modes to the arm cavities, as well as to provide the required Schnupp asymmetry. The Schnupp asymmetry required in vacuum is 5cm but it is less in the above table because only X-arm sees the BS substrate. This allows us to reduce the effective arm length asymmetry for Gaussian beam propagation by a factor of 2.
