Entrance

Guests and visitors are expected to be coming in through the main door that gives access to the Machine shop, Control room, and C&B lab. Here, guest will be prepared for entering the lab.

* Check there is enough booties or shoe covers for the amount of people who will be touring. (FYI, Sizes will be either Small or Large)

* Check there is enough Laser Safety Glasses for the amount of people who will be touring. (FYI, People who use glasses will most likely wear the F22 Shield)

Laboratory Preparation

Guests and visitors are expected to be coming into the lab through the Machine Shop. Because of this, we will keep the lights ON and have the Suspension illuminated

* Illuminate the suspension display with the green and white flashlight.

* Turn on all the lights: both arms and both ends and PSL area.

* Ensure a clear pathway to the X-End and clear up any stray cables.

* Turn on the HeNe laser which illuminate the silica strand display.

* Turn on the Chamber illuminators from Sitemap for ALL Chambers.

* Change all the Sticky-floor mats inside and outside the lab.

Control Room Preparation

After the Guests and visitors are done with the in-lab tour, they are expected to be come into the control room through NW laboratory Double doors.

* Display cool plot from the summary pages that can be easily explained on BOTH Televisions

* Show some real-time live plots that look nice and colorful that can be easily explained.

* Display some live specgrams of some interesting channels.

* Have chairs available for visitors to sit and remove their shoecovers near the entrance area.

* Place an box or basket on the desk of the CAD machine for guests and visitors to place their Laser Safety Glasses.

* Want a script to turn on all things for the Tour Mode.
