This is the Phantasmical To Do list for the 40m lab:

--In-lock alignment (This is a big one)

--Get the AutoRun GUI working.

--LSC code upgrades

--measure all RF phases in various stages of lock, especially full lock.

--Transfer function characterization

--Full output matrix diagonalization

--Start thinking up some other schemes (lower RF frequencies, no-bang locking)

--Differential demodulation ? or double demodulation?

Now we are using less noisy one of 133 or 199MHz demodulation. Should we use both for double demodulation or just leave them? In any case, we should investigate why SP and AP is less noisy with 133MHz demodudlation and why PO is less noisy with 199MHz demodulation.

--Ground loop

Power supplies, racks, optical tables, chambers, LSC PDs, cables etc. ** <b>Get rid of all these long cables to the control room !!</b>

Main commissioning tasks (all **) - suspension diagonalization & gain optimization for all suspensions:

- Commission common mode servo analog path.

- Mode matching from IMC -> IFO.

- Develop LSC scheme for full lock, reduce CARM offset to 0,

- Noise budget, picking up where Ryan left off.

- time-domain simulation, extrapolation to AdLIGO.

_ Controls: - Replace c1losepics/c1iscepics temporary cpu with permanent one

- c1susvme2 sometimes loses time synch.

- Replace framebuilder RAID array with fiber link to QFS system.

- LSC front end cpu starts to creep up towards 61 usec.

- QPD Whitening boards: whitening filters aren't switching.

- Protect the front end code against NaNs from ezcademod

- Vacuum EPICS screen: TP on/off logic; TP readout;

- Front end code slows down considerably when AWG is running?

- LSC rack power is inadequate. Redo the system, add Sorensens?

- Coupling between LSC IQDemod boards and whitening boards:

- Convert all RFPD DC signals to their LSC PD Interface version,

- The new fiber timing system from Sander seems to be working ok.

- Still have big 60 Hz problems.

- Fast DAQ signals from 1Y2.

- Linux framebuilder?

- Are all controls drawings (PDFs) up-to-date on Ben & Jay's web sites?

_ PSL: - How well is ISS running these days? A measure of RIN is needed;

- When MZ control signal saturates and falls out of lock,

- Get more light onto ISS PDs with new pickoff beamsplitter. - Commission post-MC ISS PDs?

- The PSL triped off twice in last 6 months for no apparent reason.

- Should we get a new TT ISS board?

- Is the MINCO temperature controller servo set correctly?

_ MC, MZ: - The MC RF sideband transmission monitor system is not working,

- How about that RF multiplier circuit?

- Replace MC servo board with newer version? Its on the way. - MC WFS gain and UGF was turned way down (UGF=0.6 Hz).

- L7 mixer chip for MZ servo.

- Add phase-correcting Pockels cell actuator for

_ SUS, LSC, ASC: - OSEM sensor glitches: still have them?

- OSEM problems diagnosed by checkosem script.

- Can't put excitations into SIDE OSEM channels.

- New LSC RFPDs (4+spare). Install AP166 first.

- Get fast triggered mech shutters for AP and SP.

- Commission ASC system servos:

_ Computers: - We can't run EZCA and/or TDS scripts on the linux operator boxes,
