Before placing installing the DC OMC and OMMT in the vacuum system we have to pre-align it on the flow benches in the clean room:

    1.  use 500 mW (750?) NPRO,  fiber coupled
    1.  use auto-collimators and mirror flats to align and infinity 
        focus OMMT
    1.  use few cm beam expanded fiber output to align OMMT to OMC
        walk mirrors 
    1.  use OMC refl to maximize mode matching and walk in the OMMT
        alignment
    1.  align, mount, and register OMC DC PDs
    1.  configure back propagating fiber and mode-match it
    1.  Need to configure a temporary diode to measure the leakage
        field from on of the OMC end mirrors.
