| === OPTICKLE === attachment:bench_20061213.zip * Changed the quantum noise model to handle losses correctly. Previous quantum noise model used Buonanno and Chen's (PRD 2001) lossless model (eqn. 3.5), then 'crudely' added loss to it. This version uses Buonanno and Chen's (PRD 2001) model with loss (eqn 5.13). * Added a parameter 'ifo.Optics.SRC.Loss' to the file ifoMod.m. This is to add losses in the signal recycling mirror/cavity. |

Optickle for the PRFPMI at the 40m
attachment:Optickle_prfpmi_40m.zip
In the folder 40m_PRFPMI the parameters have been set to mimic the state that the smoo_prfpmi script gets us to. See Rana's ilog entry.
- The initial conditions are such that the arms are on resonance, the MICH is at 0.8 of a bright fringe, the PRC is at resonance for the carrier (power builds up in the PRC).
- Transmission of the signal recycling mirror is set to 1 in the opt40.m parameter file.
- Slightly cleaned up version of Kirk's: attachment:powfab.zip
- (unzip into the directory where you want your powfab Optickle files)
- Added a spob detector to opt40.m. Changed the losses of the optics to be more accurate (from 1ppm). to PR = 60ppm, SR = 60ppm, BS = 100ppm, ITMX = 100ppm, ITMY = 100ppm, ETMX = 100ppm, ETMY = 100ppm. attachment:smoo_PRFPMI.tar.gz

"test40m.m" is the script which produces the noise budget.
N.B.: Filters and gains are the ones defined in Stefan's model "demo40m.m", TUNING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
