Rob: This one looks pretty good. It has RS-232, but also allows direct telnet access. We can mock up something like the old RGAlogger rather than having to mess around with EPICS state code. Even better, it looks like it also has a web interface that will allow us to control it from a browser. It only mentions IE, but we can call and ask if firefox will work as well.

We have 25 analog cameras, so we need at least a 25 input matrix. We have 7 analog monitors in the control room, plus a few quads. So we should have more than 16 outputs.
