== How do I add/rename a daq channel? ==

 * Find the appropriate text file in `/cvs/cds/caltech/chans/daq` and, after making a backup copy, edit it appropriately. All slow channels may be found in C0EDCU.ini  
 * Restart the frame builder by telneting to fb40m on port 8087 and typing "`shutdown`".
 * Click the appropriate blue button on the DAQ MEDM screen to restart the appropriate front-end.
 * Note your changes in the elog.
